- To send you important notices, service updates, and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
Legal, Security & Compliance:
- For the prevention, detection, and investigation of crime, including fraud and money laundering.
- To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations under Malaysian law, including requirements under the Financial Services Act 2013 and the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001 (AMLA).

Our Licensed Lending Partners
Your completed application and supporting data will be shared with the potential lenders you are matched with, for the specific purpose of their credit assessment and loan approval process.

We engage other companies to perform certain business-related functions (e.g., cloud hosting on secure servers like AWS, eKYC verification vendors, data analytics providers). These parties are provided only with the information necessary to perform their specific function and are bound by strict contractual confidentiality and data protection obligations.
Regulatory & Law Enforcement Agencies
We will disclose your data to parties such as Bank Negara Malaysia, PDRM, or other governmental authorities if we are required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation.
In the Event of a Corporate Transaction
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred as a business asset. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Any entity that does not meet the strict regulatory standards outlined above will not be permitted on our platform.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Moneybee SDN. BHD.'s website and services (the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.
Nature of Services
- Moneybee SDN. BHD. operates as a loan matching platform. We are not a bank, licensed moneylender, financial institution, credit provider, or credit scoring agency.
- Our Platform facilitates connections between borrowers and licensed banks, Islamic financial institutions, and licensed moneylenders in Malaysia.
- We do not provide loans, credit, or financing directly. All loan applications, approvals, interest/profit rates, repayment schedules, and other terms are determined solely by the lender.
No Financial or Professional Advice
- Information provided on the Platform is for general informational purposes only.
- We do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions.
- Decisions to apply for a loan are made at your own risk, and you remain solely responsible for your borrowing choices.
No Guarantee of Approval
- Submission of information through the Platform does not guarantee loan approval.
- Approval or rejection of your application rests entirely with the lender.
- We shall not be held liable for any delay, modification, or rejection of a loan application.
Data Protection & Privacy
- We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA Malaysia).
- By using the Platform, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of your information for loan matching and related services.
- We only share your data with licensed financial institutions and will never sell your personal information to third parties.
- While we implement reasonable security measures, we are not liable for unauthorized access caused by events beyond our control (including cyberattacks, system outages, or user negligence).
User Responsibilities
By using the Platform, you agree that:
- All information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete.
- You will not use the Platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
- You are solely responsible for your obligations and repayments to the lender.
- You will indemnify and hold harmless Moneybee SDN. BHD. against any claims, losses, or damages caused by your breach of these Terms or provision of false/misleading information.
Case Manager Support
- We may assign a Case Manager to assist you after loan disbursement.
- Case Managers provide general guidance and customer support only.
- They are not licensed financial advisors or credit counsellors and do not provide professional advice.
- Borrowers remain solely responsible for their repayment obligations and financial management.
Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moneybee SDN. BHD. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or any loan obtained through it.
